You will quickly become a master of multitasking, answering phones, processing payments, updating accounts, and explaining with a friendly smile that, unfortunately, the City cannot control how much water someone’s lawn drinks in July.

Utility Billing Clerks are often among the first people residents turn to when they have a question, a concern, or simply need someone willing to listen and help. The job requires patience, accuracy, compassion, and a good sense of humor, especially on busy days.
