Although I have recently been offering my services through Ethan Morris Law, I have also been working full time at Freeburg Law since Stephanie and I moved to Jackson Hole in October. At Freeburg Law, I practice mainly in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense. We represent clients throughout the State of Wyoming and in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. If you or someone you know needs a hand with a civil or criminal matter in Wyoming or Georgia, give me a call.

My clients are good people. Whether they have been injured, or accused of a crime, I like who I represent. I am proud of what I am able to do for them. And I am proud of the results my team delivers. So for me, I like my work.

After fine tuning and testing for the last few months, I have finally completed an estate planning program that I call Free Will. Free Will allows you to create and edit your own will with just the few clicks of a button. All you need is a Google account and a few minutes of your time. Although Free Will is 100% free, I am accepting donations from those that use the program. Given the ongoing atrocities committed against black Americans, I have also been reminded that we have a long way to go to achieve true equality and free will in our own society. That is why I am choosing to pass through any donations I receive for the use of my Free Will program to non-profit organizations that are bridging the gap to equality. To get things kick started, my wife Stephanie and I are also pledging to match the first $1000 in donations (up to $100/person).

I opened the virtual doors of my law firm during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve those in need of legal services who were unable to leave their homes to meet with an attorney.
