Recently, I tried to get a better business plan with AT&T: internet and two phone lines, 770-382-5775 and 5776. Because of my office location, the service rarely worked. My street still has copper wiring, even though neighboring streets have fiber optics. I have tried to hold on until I got fiber. The end result of being on the phone with AT&T for 13 hours Friday was that they "accidently" disconnected my account. My phones are disconnected. Will not be back in service until July 8. I cannot reinstate my old account number. They are also telling me I cannot have my second line that I have had for decades.
