Quarantine, Day 8: Watching nature has never been so rewarding - Look how the small nest of juvenile layabouts in our tree out front has grown! Each morning they come and build their colorful nests in the branches. The air is filled with their cries of "caaaaan ihaveasnack caaaaan ihaveasnack," "imthirsty imthirsty imthirsty" or "stopswinginingthehammockdadimgonnapuke." And they'll eat almost anything - we go out a couple of times day and throw Cheetos at them. Sure most folks would consider them an invasive species and a nuisance, but we just love them, and besides, if we ever try to run them off, they always come back in a couple of days.
