Important Message for Conference Attendees!
We hope you are all getting ready for a great trip in an incredible setting! Before we go, there are a few items we would like for you to make sure you have checked and a couple that we would like to ask you to complete to ensure efficiency for you and us during your stay.
1. Please complete the entry form 24 hours before your arrival in Roatan to reduce your processing time in customs. https://sisglobal.aduanas.gob.hn/Pech/ #/plataforma/otra_gestiones/formularioDJRV
Be sure to save your QR code — you’ll need it when you arrive. NOTE: The form defaults to Spanish. Click on the box next to Lenguaje and select en_US to switch to English. Trust us — this will save both you and us plenty of time when exiting the airport!
2. Please ensure you bring your passport and check your flight itinerary. Remember to pack all of your essentials!
3. Do bring your bug spray because while we are in a lovely setting, we do have a canopy of beautiful trees as well.
4. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen!!!
5. Make sure the Travel Team knows your flight plans to make sure you have transportation from the airport to the hotel. Please email Angela Williams with your details and any questions you may have. [email protected]
