Yes, it may be possible!

A USDA home loan can help some qualified buyers purchase a home with no down payment.

But there are rules. The home must be in an eligible area, and the buyer must meet certain income and loan requirements.

And guess what? 🌱
“Rural” does NOT always mean cows, dirt roads, and being in the middle of nowhere! 😂
