If you know anything about contract to close and being a closing coordinator, I know you get it… But make that 87 Agents that you do Contract to Close for as their closing coordinator… And this couldn’t be more accurate 😅

I absolutely love what I do. I love and adore each and every one of my agents. But if I tell you everything is fine… 🔥🔥🔥IYKYK 😂

Real estate is the only profession I know that people feel entitled to your commission. Yes we make a percentage, no we don’t keep it all. Y’all know we pay our brokerage, taxes, marketing, MLS boards, home warranties, sometimes we even pay for extra funds that clients need for closing. I’ve never asked my hairdresser, photographer, painter or any other profession for money that they’ve worked hard to make! Not only that, this money helps feed my child, goes back into my business, taxes etc. wondering when my next sell will be, going weeks and months without pay. Working 24/7. Missing out on family time, events because when a client wants to view a home I make it happen, no matter the day and time. but no one sees that! But thank God I am blessed with a business that keeps growing and makes people feel entitled to the money I earned!!

It's the little things that truly make a Closing Coordinator's Day! I absolutely love serving my agents- but it really sticks with me when co-oping agents not only let me know how much they appreciated my service from the other side of the transaction, but also rave about me to my agents at closing 🥰
