Beginning 9/30/25 the IRS will no longer issue paper checks. You will have to provide an account number, however New Levels Tax and Notary Services provides services for taxpayers without traditional bank accounts aswell. If you only have Cash App/Chime sometimes not having access to a physical location can also be a hassle. We provide Refund checks if you prefer to receive a check. Our checks are available to print and pickup the day of your refund. You do not have to wait for it to come in the mail. You also can opt to get a Greendot Prepaid Card and your funds will be deposited on your card you may receive your refund up to 3 days earlier!
