We get all kinds of requests from agents who need a little help for their clients. She asked us to convert 2 basement rooms into bedrooms as a value-add. This is a fully above-ground basement. The first room had obviously been a work-out room, painted bright yellow, with a full wall mirror. We needed vision!

We all agreed it needed to be staged for a teenage or young adult, and it needed a closet! We knew that appraisers didn't care whether there was a door on the closet or not, and in fact, many newly built luxury homes are opting for "open closets" with no doors! Take a look at the AFTER photos-- WOW!

The big reveal was so much fun! The owner was completely blown away by the results, and of course the agent was thrilled! This part of what we do is so fulfilling and fun! We love the challenges like this and it was absolutely TEAMWORK that made it happen!!

Watch for Room #2 which was awesome too!

Totally amazing!! This awesome will be in Lawrenceville 👏🏻💕 A vacant property simply can’t compete with a staged one! We staged the basement in this one too! The details are fab! The gorgeous fireplace with the magnificent chandelier in the family room plus the feature walls throughout!!! 👏🏻❤️👏🏻
