First, against allegations of abuse and/or neglect by Child Protective Services (CPS) and/or Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). After a long and difficult battle, the Whiting-Clarke family can finally begin to heal.

We had the incredible honor of consulting on her defense team in a Court-Martial within the United States Navy — our first Court-Martial experience.

Whiting was found NOT GUILTY on all charges.

We are beyond grateful to have stood alongside such an amazing defense team and to witness justice prevail. Today, we celebrate resilience, faith, and a family’s strength. 🇺🇸
