We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support in helping legendary producer Madlib and his family rebuild after losing their home, decades of music, and equipment in the devastating LA fires. Wow. I know it has taken me a while to post an update but I honestly don’t have the words. I would get choked up thinking about it all. A true labor of love where all of the pieces fit in to place almost perfectly. Everyone just happened to be available on short notice. We put this tribute together in the span of a little over two months. Countless meetings with the team and creative and tears and exhaustion but we got it done and it was truly a beautiful tribute to our big brother . What made it all worth it was seeing the look on his children’s faces at the love and honor that their father created. 🥲 so many thank yous!!! Thank you to for being the rock for real and holding everyone together (especially me🤣), for his unmatched organizational skills man you the truth, team, for your strength and sacrifice, for being so gracious and flexible and genius to write and arrange those songs in a flash, for your music and mystical energy always, for keeping that time, immaculate rhythm and always positive energy, for coming through last minute with the accordian the Queen always who came through with the grand finale so effortlessly, for giving us the platform, for capturing the memories so eloquently, for being my right hand sister, for being my left hand brother to any one else I forgot please blame my memory. love and blessings until next time ❤️‍🔥✨♾️💫🕊️🌊🗿🐐

Wow has it been 20 years already?!! I can only say that time flies and one of the biggest blessings of my career and turning points of my life occurred two decades ago. A serendipitous moment in the car with and where DOOM was playing beats by that I didn’t even know at the moment past yesterdays new quintet… I just heard the beat to eye and knew I loved it and wanted to make something on it. At that moment DOOM offered me the opportunity and I ran with it recording it myself on a home set up in one take, one of the easiest pieces that have come to me. I gave it to DOOM and didn’t think about it any further. Then moved to LA for law school and had one of the highlights of my life. I found out it made the album and during that era DOOM, MADLIB AND JDILLA were all in LA doing shows and collaborating and they always showed me love… whenever they performed they let me get up and perform Eye… and that’s how I came into my LA community. I never knew the impact this album would have on my life and the lives of so many others. It really showed itself to me when my pr***en son’s best friend got excited when he found out I was on the Madvillain album. The fact that multiple generations enjoy this album to this day shows how it really is a timeless work of art. I am so grateful to my big brother for giving me the opportunity to express my art on such a big and meaningful stage and for all that he has taught me over the years as an artist, brother and client. May you rest in eternal peace and power 🤲🏽🤍🕊️ and to my big brother thank you for trusting me as an artist, sister and advisor. I will be forever grateful! Blessings upon blessings 🤍✨🤍✨🤍🫶🏽
