Call Tashia Zeigler if you need to buy a car!
My car went to car heaven and I needed a vehicle. Because Ms. Zeigler was the former Director of the Lemon Law Division of the Office of Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, I consulted her about my impending purchase and learned she offered a car purchasing service. She provided a list of cars, the dealer websites, the 5-year cost of ownership--lots of information. Ms. Zeigler even provided advice about financing.
I found a car, secured financing, went to the dealership and took a test drive. With my financing in hand, I followed Ms. Zeigler's directions and attempted to purchase the vehicle. That’s when I felt as if I needed a master negotiator, someone speaking the truth and knowledgeable of the law. If it were not for Ms. Zeigler's responsiveness, taking each call and answering all my questions, I would not have gotten through that process unscathed. The salespeople and financial services people are not your friend, despite their pleasantness, cheery banter and smiles. At almost every step of this process, I needed Ms. Zeigler’s help and I was grateful to have it. But every few minutes, I kept thinking about everyone who didn’t have Ms. Zeigler or the former Director of the Lemon Law Division to help them navigate the shark infested waters of car buying. YOU SHOULDN’T NEED THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF THE LEMON LAW DIVISION – THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE ADVERTISING POLICY THAT DEALERS HAVE TO ABIDE BY, TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!
Thankfully I did and her service was worth every penny.
