My Chloe her hair falls out, she gets bumps, and itches real bad plus stomache issues. Been to vet many times still no relief. They've put her on medication, special shampoos, I've come to the conclusion she's definitely allergic to chicken, I've changed foods, I give her prebiotic I've tried everything and still no better ...any suggestions will help...I feel so bad cuz I can't fix this for her

Hello everyone! i’m new to this group and not sure if this is allowed! I have a 1 and half year old Chihuahua and i can not get her to learn to potty outside and i’ve heard little dogs are the hardest at potty training! i need help i’ve tired everything she just doesn’t seem to learn! She will go on her own outside but when it comes to bed time she refuses to use the restroom and ends up peeing on my bed 😤. When she was a puppy she used to do so good but all the sudden it’s like she forgot everything! Does anyone know what i could do to help her learn ?
