Last night I listened to a student speak to a seller. This was not a motivated seller with a need to sell. This was one who just wanted an offer.
Many times newbies want to close a deal. They miss the clues on if a seller is motivated or not. They must hear these clues because it will save a lot of time and energy.
Who are motivated sellers?
Motivated sellers are people who have a problem; they may be moving, going through a loss or divorce, might be a tired landlord with a problem tenant.
