❤️ ONE YEAR. WHAT A BLESSING.

Today we celebrate one year of TriState Estate Attorneys—and our hearts are simply grateful.

This year has been filled with answered prayers, new friendships, wonderful clients, unexpected opportunities, and so many reminders of why we said “yes” to building this firm.

We’re especially thankful for our incredible team. Alyssa, Haley and Adena are fantastic. Each has such a heart to serve!

To be nominated for the SBDC New Small Business Award during our first year is such an unexpected honor. 🥹 We’re incredibly humbled—not because we feel like we have it all figured out, but because it reminds us that the work we’re doing is making a difference.

Our prayer has always been that this firm would be more than a business. That it would be a place where people feel cared for, heard, protected, and served well.

Thank you to every client who has trusted us with their family’s story and legacy. Thank you to everyone who has referred us, encouraged us, prayed for us, and cheered us on.

We are so thankful for Year One.
And we’re excited to see what God has in store for Year Two. ❤️

🚨 Kentucky families, this matters.

New updates are coming to Kentucky Estate Planning, and if you’re part of a blended family—or any family with children—it’s worth understanding what it could mean for you.

How you think things will go or how you think things “should” go may or may not be what the law says. A good plan addresses this! I made this quick video to encourage awareness and conversation. Whether you’re a biological parent, stepparent, grandparent, or co-parent, staying informed about changes in the law can help you make informed decisions for your family.

Several different changes are coming. I’ll be making more videos to keep you up to date!

Take a few minutes to watch, share with someone who may need to see it.

Awareness is the first step. 💙

🎓 Your child may be heading off to college... but are you prepared for what happens if there's an emergency?

Imagine getting a call that your son or daughter has been hospitalized. You rush to the hospital, only to be told:

❌ "We can't discuss their medical condition with you."

Why? Because once your child turns 18, they are legally an adult.

That means parents can lose the ability to:
✔ Access medical information
✔ Speak with doctors
✔ Make health care decisions in an emergency
✔ Handle important financial or legal matters

Before they leave for campus, make sure they have these three essential documents:

📄 Power of Attorney
🏥 Health Care Power of Attorney
🔒 HIPAA Authorization

Most parents spend months preparing for college—but overlook the legal documents that can protect their family when the unexpected happens.

📩 Message us today and we'll help you get these documents in place before move-in day. It's simple, affordable, and provides peace of mind for both you and your child.

Tag a parent with a graduating senior or college student so they don't miss this important information.

Mother’s Day always makes us pause and appreciate something bigger than just one day—it’s about the love that carries through generations. 💐

What we love most is seeing how that love connects us. It’s not just something you receive—it’s something you carry, build on, and pass down. Mother’s Day is a celebration of where we’ve come from, how we love today, and what we’re creating for tomorrow.

In our world, that’s also what estate planning is truly about. Not just documents or decisions—but protecting that love, those values, and that connection between generations so it continues exactly how you intend.

So grateful to celebrate the women who make that legacy so strong. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Grateful for friends who show up with faith and purpose. 🤍 Judy M. Robinson Kathryn Davis Lamp

On this National Day of Prayer, it meant so much to see so many from our community take time to gather, reflect, and lift up our cities and country. Covering them with prayer! Moments like this remind me how powerful it is when we come together in prayer—not just for ourselves, but for each other.

Thankful for friendships rooted in faith. 🙏

Your estate plan should grow strong—just like a strawberry plant 🍓

Those little shoots (the “daughters”) may look independent, but they stay connected to the main plant to stay healthy and supported.

A trust works the same way.
It keeps everything connected—your assets, your wishes, and your loved ones—so nothing is left unsupported or on its own.

Don’t let your plan grow wild or disconnected.
Make sure everything is rooted in the right place.
