Need to make a copy or received a copy of video surveillance? Per SWGDE, video must be copied with the exact same frame rate as the original. Any copy that alters the frame rate becomes unreliable and may not meet forensic standards because there could be missing frames that have digital evidence in those frames that aren't in the lower frame rate version. The best way to make sure any copied video is reliably done and admissible per standards and best practices, get an expert.
