🔐 Anthem & Arizona Homeowners — This Is Worth Knowing About
Property and deed fraud is something no homeowner wants to think about, but Arizona has a free tool that can add another layer of awareness around your property.
The Arizona Department of Real Estate offers the Early Real Estate Sales Alert System (ERAS). Homeowners can voluntarily register their property and contact information at no cost.
If an escrow officer submits a notice of pending sale that matches your name, parcel number, or property address, the system can send you an email and SMS alert. If you believe the sale may be fraudulent, you can notify the Department.
