During these uncertain times, please know that I am still here to serve my clients. Because many of my clients and loved ones are in the age group that is most vulnerable to this virus, I am working from home as much as possible and meeting clients over the phone and internet. I am exploring ways to conduct document signings in ways that minimize risk. The Washtenaw County courts are currently closed, and I expect that the surrounding counties will soon be closing as well. This has created a great deal of uncertainty for my clients whose probate and civil cases are pending. Many county administrative buildings are also closed, which will create delays in recording real estate documents. Please be patient. Stay home if you can, stay safe, and don't hesitate to reach out to me with your legal questions.
