Three hours each way. Two ferry rides. A road that's only open part of the year.
I've made trips like that more times than I can count, because rural Alaska doesn't work on Anchorage time.
Here's what most Realtors miss when they try to serve clients off the road system. You can't swing by for a second showing, so every trip has to count. Inspections require local contacts you've spent years building. And property boundaries get blurry without local knowledge, which costs buyers money.
I'm not the right Realtor for everyone. But if your property is somewhere most agents won't drive, I'm exactly the right one.
From Gakona to Glennallen, Copper Center to Valdez, Tok to Talkeetna. I show up.
