Immediate Opening for: Receptionist / Accounting Assistant
The Anchorage law firm of Ingaldson Fitzgerald, PC is seeking a part-time receptionist & accounting assistant. This position is Monday-Friday 9:30-4:00 (the specific hours can be negotiated. Perfect for those with school-aged children who need to work around school schedules – or college students who take evening classes and need some flexibility.)
Duties:
• Front Desk/Phone Reception
& Messaging
• Client Customer Service
• Mail Intake & Processing
• Data entry
• Filing
• Assist Accounting with: monthly
billing, receiving payments,
accounts payable
• Ordering and maintaining supplies
• Willing to lift and move copier paper
boxes and similar items
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook) is a plus
The successful candidate will need to be dependable, professional, friendly, with excellent communication skills. Our law firm is located in an optimal location in downtown Anchorage near the Nesbitt Courthouse and is a busy, yet friendly work environment. Parking is provided.
