Astory of kibuka who lost a case he reported to court.kibuka resident of Busebatya,iganga had a land conflict with neighbour kato who bought land from his younger brother.His brother sold the land 2 kato b'se kibuka was extending boundaries. kibuka continued to do the same things of extending boundaries.Lc1 meeting Sat they re planted the boundaries.but kibuka unsatisfied with Lc1 ruling ,kibuka reported the case to iganga court suing Kato.To make matters worse kibuka lost the case and court pronouced that Kato won and kibuka to compansate Kato 10m .kibuka had only his land in life which if sold can only pay half of kato's costs.kibuka had 5acres of land, two wives and 12 children.at the end of the case ,kato applied to court to have his costs recovered by sale of kibuka's land.The Land was sold by public auctioning & kibuka was forcefully chased away from his land &He Is now homeless.so if adispute is solvable by Lc1 & a Clan pse respect their decisions to a void bad out comes.Any lesson u hve learnt?
