Trust Law
We offer drafting and registration of all forms of inter vivos trusts, that is trusts that are created by living persons, for, amongst others, maintenance of children and family members, and for tax planning.

Drafting of Wills
We consult with our clients in order to establish what their wishes are regarding their assets and how they wish to deal with their estates upon their passing. We then advise our clients on the requirements of the wills act and other important applicable legislation like the income tax act, transfer duty and, importantly, estate duty, prior to the drafting of the will.

Administration of Deceased Estates
A brief description of the process: the process starts with the initial reporting of the estate and also includes the opening of a bank account, taking control of the estate assets, transferring of immovable property and adhering to all of the requirements laid down by the wills act and administration of estates act. The process ultimately ends with the drafting of a liquidation and distribution account and the distribution of the estate to the heirs.
