Our Managing Partner, Mr John Seka was invited by Azam TV Uhai Studios to comment on the recent release from prison of popular celebrity Elizabeth Michael aka "Lulu".

Mr Seka highlighted the relevant laws relating to community service release of prisoner.

He highlighted the relevant laws as the Community Services Act, 2007 read together with the Prisons Act, 1967.

It was Mr Seka's position, which our law firm also supports that if these two laws plus the use of the law on Parole are effectively used, prison decongestion will be achieved.
