Update of GN 605ATHE Labour Institutions (Minimum wage for Private Sector) Order, 2025

The Government of Tanzania has introduced the Labour Institutions (Minimum Wage for Private Sector) Order, 2025 (GN. No. 605A of 2025), which dictates new, updated minimum wage rates for private sector employees across 16 different economic sectors. The order is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026.
