AVOID RESTRICTIONS AND BANNED ACCOUNT. (make sure you follow me and share this post for more updates)
To avoid having your Facebook account restricted or permanently banned, never post content that violates Meta's Community Standards. These rules protect users and the platform, and breaking them—even once—can lead to temporary limits (like being unable to post or comment), strikes on your account, or full disablement if violations continue.
Key things you should never post include:
Violence and threats: Any calls to violence, credible threats against people or groups, promotion of dangerous organizations, or graphic images/videos showing real-world violence, gore, or animal abuse.
Hate speech and harassment: Attacks based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; bullying, degrading private individuals, or coordinated harassment.
Nudity and sexual content: Explicit nudity, sexual activity, sexually suggestive material (especially involving minors), or adult sexual exploitation content.
Self-harm or su***de promotion: Content encouraging or showing su***de, self-injury, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges that could harm people.
Dangerous misinformation: False claims that could cause imminent physical harm (e.g., health hoaxes preventing medical care during outbreaks, or voter suppression tactics).
Spam and inauthentic behavior: Posting identical content repeatedly, excessive tagging/linking, using fake accounts, impersonating others, or massive unsolicited messaging.
Repeated violations or severe ones (like child exploitation, terrorism promotion, or imminent harm threats) often result in quicker and harsher penalties, including permanent bans.
Even if something seems "borderline," it's safer not to post it—Facebook removes content and applies strikes, and too many strikes lead to account disablement.
Always check the official Community Standards on Meta's Transparency Center for the full, up-to-date details before sharing anything questionable. Staying respectful, authentic, and safe keeps your account active without issues.
