演講介紹 Lecture Introduction:
Sanoj Rajan 博士曾任紅十字國際委員會（ICRC）南亞國家及伊朗事務負責人、聯合國難民署（United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, UNHCR）專家委員會成員，也多次擔任中華民國紅十字會主辦之國際人道法模擬法庭競賽評審。此次演講為 Sanoj Rajan 博士首次到政大進行專題演講，演講主題為新興科技作戰的人道挑戰，歡迎校內外所有對國際人道法有興趣的同學及老師報名參加！
Dr. Sanoj Rajan previously served as the Head of academic programs for South Asian Countries at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and was also formerly a member of the Expert Committee of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He was invited multiple times as a judge for the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot Court Competition organized by the Red Cross Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
This lecture marks Dr. Rajan’s first visit to National Chengchi University (NCCU) to deliver a special talk on "New Technologies and Means and Methods of Warfare." All students and faculty members from NCCU and beyond who are interested in IHL are warmly welcomed to attend!
