The house is fully automated smart home with all electrical systems controllable from your touchscreen or wall-pad.
Aircon and heating is all whisperised and central controlled in the main house, wall mounted units in guest house.
There are 4 kitchens, 7 dining areas, multiple toilets, bathrooms and showers. 4 covered salas (Thai word for open air gazebo) One by the pool, one on the lake, one on the river and one by the garden and doghouse.
There are staff on site who speak only a little English but are eager to please. They can provide any type of breakfast (included in the price) or arrange any lunch or evening meals (extra charge will be applied).
The ground floors all are wheelchair friendly with ramps to every room and area. The Penthouse Suite consists of master bedroom suite is by elevator or stairs and has 2 balconies, master bathroom and a private kitchenette together with a second bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Children of all ages are welcome but please be aware the pool and waterways are unfenced and will require constant supervision.
One of the bedrooms is the top floor of the riverside house and it is open air to the elements...the house is self contained with bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, along with a big bar/island and seating for a total of 22
There are additional rooms which have been used for overnight guests which include the cinema and the living rooms. With these additional spaces utilizing sofas and temporary mattresses the total can be 30-32 people although bear in mind extra charges may apply.

There are two dogs and two cats that live here.
The dogs live outside and are not allowed inside. They have their own roomy house in the garden and they have access to the organic garden from their compound. They normally have freedom to walk around the grounds. The main house has an outside patio of about 1000m2 and most of this is fenced and gated so the dogs don't have access unless you wanted them to. There is also about 900m2 of garden within the fenced area. You can see the white picket fenced area in the cover arial photo.
The cats live inside, keep to themselves and are clean. They are free to roam inside or outside and at night normally sleep in the kitchen dining area.
