[ Woes of Executors who are laypersons ]

Most of the time, it's a thankless job. Thank your executors.

"A district judge has held that two women, who became co-executrices of a dying woman's will in 2003 to fulfil her wishes, are liable to pay about $87,000 from the estate to her now-adult son.

Distributing company shares to family members is easy.

However, planning for business succession is no easy feat. It requires time, effort and consideration.

The strategy?

Planning for different phases at different stages in life.

Plan ahead, review constantly!

P.S. There are always two sides to a story.
