The bigger question? What are you giving up for the better location and higher subsidy?

From the 10-year MOP, resale buyer restrictions, income ceilings, rental rules, subsidy clawback and wait-out period, there are quite a few things you need to understand before applying.

I adore my nieces and nephew, but one day they'll have families, responsibilities and lives of their own.

I'd rather be the fun aunt they enjoy spending time with, not another responsibility they feel obligated to carry.

That's why I believe in planning early, building options, and staying independent for as long as possible.
