Happy for my buyer, that I have managed to help her secure a unit without COV, high floor and near a future MRT.

She approached me and explained me she want to get a house fast and afraid of company retrenchment because she heard some unsettling news and was concerned about finding a new job which could delay the buying process due to HDB requires 12months’ pay slips to purchase a house.

After meeting with her and understand her requirements, we viewed about 6 units and she shortlisted a unit in Punggol, that she said she really liked the kitchen very much and she wanted that unit.

At first the seller request for the price at high price to close and there were some competing offers on the table according to seller’s agent, and after negotiation we managed to close at SGD 590K. Since then, the price in that area have gone up to SGD 620K plus.

I hope this house marks the start of her dream life!
