Q2 2026 was a meaningful quarter for me in two very different ways.
At the Leaders & Achievers Business Conference, I received two awards:
🏆 Senior Leader Award — #6
🏆 Producer Award — #105 out of 14,000+ agents
The leadership award means a lot to me because, with a lean group of experienced agents, and we are often competing alongside teams many times our size. That makes this recognition especially meaningful.
What I’m most proud of, though, isn’t the ranking itself. It’s seeing the team move forward in their own ways.
Some have hustled especially hard this year and achieved breakthroughs in Q2. Others are still building, improving and laying the foundations for their next breakthrough.
Everyone’s journey looks different, and progress doesn’t always show up at the same time. But seeing the effort, growth and direction of the team tells me that we are moving the right way together.
My personal award carries a different meaning.
Ranking at this level is something I’m grateful for — especially to the clients who trusted me with their very important decisions.
But I also understand what went on behind the results.
The journey wasn’t straightforward. There were plenty of ups and downs, challenges, late nights/ sleepless nights with the usual 6am mornings. 😂
Super grateful for the people who chose to believe in me.
It’s another milestone in the journey — proof that when the mindset shifts, the level we operate at can shift too.
Grateful for Q2. Proud of the team. Thankful to every client who placed their trust in me.
Onwards to the last few months.
Now the goal is simple:
Keep elevating.
