Back at where we first close the unit together in one showing at record price last December.

Wishing the night was longer...we didn't finish saying hi to all the residents but had some really fruitful conversations with 6 families.

Looking forward to doing some planning and perhaps some assets restructuring for them. Property prices might be trending high at the moment but time and tide waits for no man.

The day I have been waiting for with my wonderful seller. Handed over the keys and tail ends of some documents to the law firm for them to go for the HDB appointment this afternoon.

Good that my seller doesn't have to come since HDB is doing crowd controlling footfall into the building anyway.

Final inspection with the incoming new owners today. It will be the last time we see this beautiful house that many including myself have been privileged to share a lot of wonderful times in.
