Some happy news to share. I’m overjoyed and honoured that Francine Tan Law Corporation has been ranked by Straits Times and Statista not only for Singapore’s Best Law Firms 2025, but I also made it to the inaugural list of Singapore’s Top-Rated Lawyers 2025, which identifies the top 20 lawyers across different fields.

I would like to give a huge shout-out to the team for their continued hard work and dedication, and to our clients and my colleagues for their continued strong support.

When I started the firm in 2010 as a female business owner, I never ever expected this would be possible and I’m so happy to have been able to break through various perceived barriers over the years.

Thank you HKIAC for the invitation to join my esteemed colleagues by Zoom in speaking at the annual Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) Practice Development Workshop taking place in Seoul these couple of days. It was great working with Douglas Clark and Sebastian Hughes in preparation and discussing the passive holding doctrine and nefarious uses of domain names in UDRP cases.
