The experience exceeding 5 years within a reputable law firm in Bucharest, active in the field of business law, accompanied by permanent study in the fields of financial technology (FinTech), personal data protection, competition law and e-commerce law, have opened up new perspectives for me on law, which I am constantly developing.
My law practice includes, inter alia, activities in the field of start-up companies, digital services, virtual currencies, intelligent solutions on the insurance market (InsurTech), online stores, electronic signature, intellectual creations in the literary, artistic, scientific field, telework or aspects related to compliance with competition law. At the same time, maintaining the human dimension of the legal profession, I focus on employment law & foreigners' regime in Romania, insurance law, family & succession law.
