Esteban Mujica-Cotto has a Bachelor in Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He has more than 36 years of experience in the environmental field and has been engaged in the general practice of law for over 27 years. He has vast experience in the areas of insurance defense, env
ironmental, torts, medical and hospital professional liability, and construction, and has participated in complex litigation cases. He was also a professor at the School of Environmental Affairs of the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico for over eight years where he taught the courses of preparation of environmental documents and assessments, and environmental legislation and regulatory agencies. Mujica-Cotto is admitted to practice before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.

Miss Tapia Pimentel is an associate attorney at the law firm and is a professor at the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina Campus. She is admitted to practice before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
