If foreigner want to apply for TRC, but has no reason, what they need to do? We have one variant !
There is a possibility of applying for TRC on the basis of a preliminary contract. This is agreement between the employer and you about the intention to start working in the future.
Who is it suitable for?
1. А person in a difficult situation with the need to urgently extend their stay in Poland.
2. A person, who lost work and need reasons to stay legal in Poland.
3. A person who was deceived by the employer with work documents and needs to urgently solve this problem.
4. А person who came to Poland to earn money and have no plan to stay here more than 3 year.
The TRC will be issued for a period of 3 years. After receiving it, the contract will not be terminated, and the documents will remain with you until the end of the validity period.
But if you plan to stay in Poland, it is better to find an official job and pay taxes so that the migration office sees the seriousness of your intentions.
