متاثرہ امیدواروں کی جانب سے دائر کردہ Writ Petition No. 769 of 2026 سماعت کے لیے مقرر کر دی گئی ہے۔

درخواست گزاروں کا مؤقف ہے کہ انہیں امتحانی ہال میں داخلے سے روکا گیا، جس سے ان کا امتحان دینے کا حق متاثر ہوا۔ عدالت نے معاملے کو قابلِ سماعت قرار دیتے ہوئے FPSC کو نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔

انصاف کی فراہمی کے لیے قانونی کارروائی جاری ہے۔

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں CSS 2026 کے امتحان میں امتحانی سنٹر میں داخلے سے متعلق معاملے پر سماعت متوقع۔

متاثرہ امیدواروں کی جانب سے دائر کردہ Writ Petition No. 769 of 2026 سماعت کے لیے مقرر کر دی گئی ہے۔

درخواست گزاروں کا مؤقف ہے کہ انہیں امتحانی ہال میں داخلے سے روکا گیا، جس سے ان کا امتحان دینے کا حق متاثر ہوا۔ عدالت نے معاملے کو قابلِ سماعت قرار دیتے ہوئے FPSC کو نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔

انصاف کی فراہمی کے لیے قانونی کارروائی جاری ہے۔

The matter regarding denial of entry of students in the examination centre for CSS 2026 is fixed for hearing in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The Writ Petition No. 769 of 2026 has been admitted by IHC.

The petitioners contend that they were denied entry into the examination hall, depriving them of their right to appear in the exam. The Court has issued notices to the FPSC.

Legal proceedings are underway for justice.

✨ A Step Towards Protecting Women’s Rights in Pakistan ✨

MNA Sharmila Farooqui has introduced an amendment in the National Assembly to prohibit the unlawful eviction of women from their shared residence.

The proposed new Section 498D of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) makes it an offence for a husband or any family member to willfully evict or attempt to evict a wife without lawful authority or just cause — punishable with up to 6 months’ imprisonment and/or a fine of Rs. 200,000.
