⬅️وفاقی آئینی عدالت کا صدر مقام اسلام آباد ہوگا

⬅️چیف جسٹس وفاقی آئینی عدالت کی مدتِ ملازمت تین سال مقرر

⬅️وفاقی آئینی عدالت کے جج 68 برس کی عمر میں ریٹائر ہوں گے

⬅️آرٹیکل 209 میں ترمیم، سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل کے نئے قواعد 60 دن میں بنانے کی شرط

⬅️آرٹیکل 175B سے 175L تک نیا باب شامل — وفاقی آئینی عدالت کے اختیارات و طریقہ کار

⬅️آرٹیکل 176 تا 183 میں ترامیم، سپریم کورٹ کے حوالے سے اصطلاحات کی تبدیلی

⬅️آرٹیکل 186 اور 191A حذف کرنے کی تجویز

⬅️آئینی عدالت کا ایڈوائزری دائرہ کار بھی متعین کیا جائے گا۔

The Chairman SSLA Syed & Syed Law Associates-A Professional Law Firm , Syed Bilal Jan Advt was Invited as Legal Criminal Law Expert in a consultative meeting on the Draft Legislation Regarding Acid and Burn-Related Offences,
Held today 07-08-2025 at the Office of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Commission on the Status of Women (KPCSW).

The meeting was chaired by the Director Programmes KPCSW.

The Session was attended by esteemed experts and representatives from various departments, including the Law Department, Health Department, and the Prosecution Department.

The Chair extend her sincere gratitude to all the participants for their valuable presence and insightful recommendations.

Their constructive input will be duly incorporated into the draft legislation.

The Chair look forward to continued collaboration and active engagement from all stakeholders in the future to ensure that the legislation is further strengthened and made more effective.

Today the Trainees/Students of LLB of Khyber Law College University of Peshawar, Islamia College University Peshawar & Shaheed Benazir Women University Peshawar had the Privilege of visiting various courts under My guidance and Supervison.

And provided them with valuable insights into court proceedings and arguments, enriching their understanding of practical legal processes.

During their visits, the trainees also had the opportunity to interact with Worthy Judicial Magistrates Peshawar, & I am thankfull to Mr Waqar Khan Judicial Magistrate & Muhammad Tayyab Judicial Magistrate Peshawar by Providing an opportunity to Joined the Court Proceeding.

Following the court sessions, the internees visited the Peshawar Bar Association, where they met esteemed professionals, including Amjad Ali Khan Marwat Worthy President of PBA, Adv Iftikhar Hussain and Adv Izhar Ullah Adv Worthy GS PBA.

These interactions further enhanced their learning experience, offering a deeper perspective on legal practice and professional networking.

I am also Thankful to The Jurists Incubator Headed by Advt Umar and its trainees Students of LLB of Different Universities being associated with me in today Courts Proceeding.

شوہر اور بیوی دونوں ملازم تھے مگر محکمہ نے شوہر کا ٹرانسفر گھر سے دور کردیا ۔
محکمہ کی طرف سے کئے گئے ٹرانسفر آرڈر کو میری طرف سے پنجاب سروس ٹربیونل میں چیلنج کیا گیا اور پنجاب سروس ٹربیونل نے ٹرانسفر آرڈر معطل کرکے ملازم کو موجودہ پوسٹنگ پر کام کرنے کی اجازت دے دی ۔
