The foundation of any nation is based on the trio of Economy, Law and Sociology, whereas in order to enforce the concept of these ingredients, a strong Action is required. Action, by definition, means the accomplishment of a thing usually over a period of time, for which CELSA has been established. CELSA beleives that our nation is in a process of evolution, and in order to evolve from this phase
of history, a strong Action would be required by every citizen of the state as in the vision of CELSA, every single citizen is a stake holder in the process of accomplishment, whereas it is the responsibility of the professionals and experienced ones to lead the way by putting in their intellectual efforts in order to lay down the platform for the ones who either intend to, or are already working in the respective areas to contribute their efforts in
strengthening the foundations of the nation. We invite all such members of the nation who want to participate in performing this Action to join CELSA and put in their best efforts in the process of Development.
