📢 Official Announcement from All Pakistan Law Association (APLA-SINDH)

We would like to inform the legal fraternity and the general public that Mr. Zohaib 1being the Central President of All Pakistan Law Association - Sindh, is pleased to delegate the charges of Acting President of APLA Sindh to Mr. Haibat Ali Chachar, General Secretary of APLA Sindh.

During this period, Mr. Haibat Ali Chachar will continue to hold the position of General Secretary and will also look after the additional responsibilities as Acting President.

This delegation of responsibilities shall be effective for a period of three (3) months, commencing from 16th January, 2025 and concluding on 15th April, 2025

This notification is issued in the best interest of the organization to ensure smooth functioning and continuity of leadership.

Congratulations to Mr. Haibat Ali Chachar on this new responsibility, and we look forward to his leadership.

سنڌ هاءِ ڪورٽ سرڪٽ ميرپورخاص ۾ ذاتي حيثيت ۾ درخواست داخل ڪئي وئي. ياسر اقبال ميمڻ، سيف الله پلي ۽ امداد علي پاران. سنڌ ۾ ٻارن جي مفت ۽ لازمي تعليم جي حقن تي عمل نه ٿيڻ جي حوالي سان ياسر اقبال ميمڻ جو چوڻ هو ته پرائيويٽ ايجوڪيشن سيڪٽر ان قانون سان ڪو به واسطو نٿو رکي ته هو ضرورتمند ۽ غريب ماڻهن کي ڏهه سيڪڙو داخلا ڏيڻ جا پابند آهن. جيڪي جيڪڏهن نه پيا ڏنا وڃن اگر ڏنا هوندا ته بند دروازن پٺيان ڏنا هندا۔ جڏهن عام ماڻهو پرائيويٽ اسڪولن سان رابطو ڪن ٿا ته انهن جي درخواستون قبول ڪرڻ کان انڪار ڪري ڇڏين ٿا، جنهن ڪري ايڪٽ جي سراسر خلاف ورزي ڪئي وئي. هوڏانهن درخواستگذارن ڊائريڪٽر ايجوڪيشن پرائيويٽ سيڪٽر سان به رابطو ڪيو آهي ته هن اسڪولن جي لسٽ طلب ڪئي پر هن چيو ته هو اهڙي معاملي ۾ ڪجهه نٿا ڪري سگهن. تنهن ڪري درخواستگذار هائي ڪورٽ آڏو پنهنجون پريشانيون دور ڪرڻ لاءِ حاضر آهن، درخواستگذار ياسر اقبال اهو به دليل ڏيندي چيو ته ايڪٽ موجب جيڪڏهن هنن ضرورتمند ۽ غريب ماڻهن کي 10 سيڪڙو داخلا ڏيڻ واري هدايت تي عمل نه ڪيو ته سندن رجسٽريشن رد ڪئي وڃي. عدالت ڪيس جي ٻڌڻي 14 آڪٽوبر 2024 تائين ملتوي ڪندي جوابدارن کي پنهنجو دفاع ڪرڻ لاءِ نوٽيس جاري ڪيا هئا ۽ اڄ 14 تاريخ تي ٻيهر پيشي تي جوابدارن ڪورٽ کان ٽائيم ورتو ۽ جيڪي پيش نه ٿيا اهنن کي شوڪاز نوٽس ڏنو ويو ۽ ٻيهر ٻڌڻي 28 تاريخ تائين ملتوي ڪئي وئي۔

اپلا بدين انتهائي خوشنودگي سان اپلا بدين لا ڪانفرنس - II جو اعلان ڪري رهي آهي، جيڪا 2 نومبر 2024ع بروز ڇنڇر جي ڏينهن شام جو 4 وڳي العباس شادي حال بدين ۾ ٿي رهي آهي. ضلعي بدين جي سڀني شاگردن توڙي قانون سان دلچسپي رکندڙ سڀني دوستن کي شرڪت جي دعوت ڏجي ٿي. اميد ته هن ڪانفرنس کي به اڳي جيان ڪامياب ڪندا ۽ مفت قانوني ڄاڻ حاصل ڪندا!

The All Pakistan Law Association (APLA) vehemently condemns the Sindh Police's disrespectful treatment of Advocate Romasa Jami and other peaceful civil protesters in Karachi. Though they have been released, their unjust arrest and mistreatment highlight a serious violation of constitutional rights, particularly the right to peaceful assembly under Article 16 of Pakistan's Constitution. We urge the authorities to take responsibility for this misconduct and to ensure that the fundamental rights of all citizens, especially women, are respected and protected.

**Justice for Abdul Waheed Sahito

We, law students, are very upset by the attack on our fellow student, Abdul Waheed Sahito LLB Part II- Indus College of law Hyderabad and Basically From District Khairpur. This attack is not only against him but also against the values of justice and peace that we believe in.

Abdul Waheed Sahito was attacked by criminals who want to silence those who stand for truth and fairness. But we will not stay silent and we will begin Protest Tomorrow 12Pm at Hyderabad Press
