“It is hereby demanded that the corrupt practices within the revenue administration system, including Tapedars, Kotwars, and Mukhtiarkars, be completely eradicated without delay. All matters relating to land transactions, including sale and purchase, registration, mutation (transfer of ownership), record of rights (Khata/Khasra), and all other revenue-related processes, shall be strictly shifted to a fully digitized online system to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency. All government fees shall be collected exclusively through authorized banking channels. The existing corrupt revenue system must be abolished and replaced with a transparent, accountable, and citizen-friendly governance framework.”
