Formation of Sole Proprietorship, Association of Persons (AOP) /
Partnership firms, registration with the registrar of firms, issuance of
National Tax Number (NTN), issuance of Sales Tax Registration number
with certificate & membership of Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
2. Incorporation facility of companies and filing various documents /
returns with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Paki
stan (SECP).
3. filing of monthly, quarterly & annual sales tax returns, where
applicable.
4. filing of quarterly & annual
withholding tax statements under various sections of the Income tax
Ordinance, 2001, where applicable.
5. filing of half yearly & annual income tax returns with wealth
statements & wealth reconciliation statements, where applicable.
6. Presenting before the Commissioner Inland Revenue the books of
account & various documents in response to cases as under:
a) Selected for total audit under section 177 or 214C. b) Amendment in assessment under section 122 of the Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001. c) Assessment under section 161 / 205. d) Assessment under any other section of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
7. Providing facility for issuance of income tax refund and exemption
certificates under sections 148 & 153 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001,
where applicable.
8. Converting sole proprietor/AOP/partnership concerns into Ltd. Companies.
9. Filing appeals before the Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals) &
Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
10. Facility for audit representations to be conducted by Sales Tax
Inland Revenue.
11. Supervising & providing book keeping services to various concerns on regular basis.
