A lawyer showed a picture of camel to an audience for few seconds and then asked "now let us see who gives fastest and correct answer of this question. Is the man in picture sitting on back of camel or he is leading the camel by walking in front?"
Half of the audience said that man was sitting on back of camel.And another half of audience said that he was leading the camel from the front.
Then lawyer showed them.picture. there was no man in the picture.
His question was a "leading question" (containing a suggestion ). Trial court lawyers are allowed to ask such leading question to find out whether witness is speaking truth or not.

کالــــج اسٹوڈنٹ کے ایکــــــــ گروپ نے وکیل صاحب سے پوچھا...
"سر اپنے دیش میں وکالت کے کیا معنی ہیں؟"

وکیل صاحب نے کہا...
"میں اس کے لئے ایکــــــــ مثال دیتا ہوں...
مان لو کہ میرے پاس دو آدمی آتے ہیں ایکــــــــ بلکل صاف ستھرا اور دوسرا بہت گندہ اب میں ان دونوں کو صلاح دیتا ہوں کہ وہ دونو نہا کر صاف ستھرے ہو جائیں...
اب آپ لوگ بتائیں...
*کہ ان میں سے کون نہائے گا...؟"*

ایکــــــــ اسٹوڈنٹ نے کہا...
'جو گندہ ہے وہ نہائے گا...'
وکیل نے کہا
'نہیں صرف صاف آدمی ہی نہائے گا...
کیونکہ کہ اسے صفائی کی عادت ہے جب کہ گندے آدمی کو تو صفائی کی اہمیت ہی نہیں
معلوم...
*اب بتاؤ کون نہائے گا...؟*

دوسرے اسٹوڈنٹ نے کہا...
'صاف آدمی...'

وکیل نے کہا...
'نہیں گندہ شخص نہائے گا کیونکہ کہ اسے صفائی کی ضرورت ہے...
*اب بتاؤ کون نہائے گا...؟'*

دو اسٹوڈنٹ ایکــــــــ ساتھ بولے
'جو گندہ ہے وہ نہائے گا...'

وکیل نے کہا...
'نہیں دونوں نہائیں گے کیونکہ کی صاف آدمی کو نہانے کی عادت ہے اور گندے آدمی کو نہانے کی ضرورت ہے...
*اب بتاؤ کون نہائے گا...؟*

سب اسٹوڈنٹ ساتھ بولے...
'جی دونوں نہائیں گے...'

وکیل نے کہا...
'غـــــــلط... کوئی بھی نہیں نہائے گا...
کیونکہ گندے کو نہانے کی عادت نہیں اور صاف آدمی کو نہانے کی ضرورت نہیں...
*اب بتاؤ کون نہائے گا...؟*

ایکــــــــ اسٹوڈنٹ نے بہت نرمی سے کہا...
'سر آپ ہر بار الگ الگ جواب دیتے ہیں اور ہر جواب صحیح معلوم پڑتا ہے تو ہمیں صحیح جواب کیسے معلوم ہوگا...؟'

وکیل صاحب بولے...
'بس یہی وکالت ہے اہم یہ نہیں کہ حقیقت کیا ہے...
بلکہ اہمیت اس بات کی ہے کہ آپ اپنی بات کو سہی ثابت کرنے کے لیے کتنی ممکنہ دلیل دے سکتے ہیں..!
کیا سمجھے...؟
نہیں سمجھے...؟
یہی وکالت ھے!!!!!!
