That in the instant matter, FIR No. 82/2025 was lodged at Police Station B-Section, Ghotki, under the relevant provisions of law sec 279 ppc wherein Adv javed abbas securing bail of Applicant/ Accused namely Zameer ahmed R/O karachi ,from the competent court thereafter moved an application under Section 516-A Cr.P.C for the release of the seized vehicle involved in the said case. The learned Judicial Magistrate, upon hearing the application was pleased to allow the same and directed the release of the said vehicle subject to furnishing the requisite surety/undertaking. In compliance with the said order the concerned authorities released the vehicle within one day of the passing of the order.
