Alhamdulillah! Bail Granted

By the Grace of Allah, the Hon’ble Court has been pleased to grant *Post-Arrest Bail* to my client Mr. Muhammad Hamza

The Court observed that the matter involves disputed questions of fact regarding a property transaction and settlement of accounts. It held that the case calls for *further inquiry U/S 497(2) Cr.P.C* and that the offense does not fall within the prohibitory clause.

I am thankful to the Court for upholding the principles of justice.

Today I appeared before the Hon'ble Court of South Karachi and argued a Pre-Arrest Bail Application on behalf of my client.
After hearing detailed arguments from both sides, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to accept the application and confirmed bail before arrest in favor of my client.
