Justice Delivered. Orders Granted.
Apex Law Chambers is pleased to share that we have secured two further release orders from the courts in Karachi. One order was granted by the Office of the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate I, Karachi (Central), in a matter registered under Sections 380/454 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The other was granted by the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Karachi (West), in a matter registered under Section 23(1)(A) of the Sindh Arms Act.
In both matters, the bail applications were accepted, personal bonds were duly executed, and the courts directed the release of the accused. These outcomes once again affirm that justice, fairness, and the right to liberty have been upheld.
The cases were argued by Adv Malik Waseem and his associate M. Arslan Arain.
