Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah Rashdi is a former Judge with a demonstrated history of working in the Judiciary and an industrious, hardworking and dedicated advocate. He always throws himself on his client’s part so heartily that he can get him out of a scrape. On 04.08.2015, he was enrolled as an advocate of the lower court in the Sindh Bar Council. After that, he applied for the post of Civil Judge & Jud

icial Magistrate. He succeeded in the Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate exam held in 2016 and secured 5th position out of 149 qualified judges. Throughout the three months Pre-Service Training & Evaluation Program (Batch-62) at Sindh Judicial Academy, he secured Grade-A. During his service tenure, he disposed of thousands of cases and has been rewarded with fourteen appreciation certificates and two awards by the District and Sessions Judges. He worked under the supervision of the High Court of Sindh for about seven years as a Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate (2016-2019), Judge Consumer Protection Court (2019-2021), and as a Research Officer, Legal Research Cell, High Court of Sindh, Karachi (2021-2022), under the chairmanship of Mr. Throughout this tenure, He has gained expertise in court management, Advocacy, professional ethics, the etiquette of court & procedure, and legal research. He also observed and learned basic core duties that an advocate of the lower court and High Court should demonstrate. These proficiencies have enhanced his drafting, research, communication, and interpersonal skills and his ability to express arguments and ideas clearly and resolve his clients’ legal issues judiciously and timely. Besides, He has a rich academic background. In 2014 he completed his LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) from Sindh Muslim Law College, Karachi. B, he appeared in the Law GAT-II exam held in May 2015 and secured the highest marks among all the candidates who appeared in the test from all over Pakistan. He obtained the second position in the examination of LL.M conducted by the University of Karachi in 2016. He has been studying for the LL.D (Legum Doctor) at the University of Karachi since 2020; He has submitted a proposal to research on the topic “Comparative Study of Human Rights in Islam and International Law during the time of peace and war”.. He has submitted an application for exemption to the Bar Standard Board of London for the Bar Professional Training Course. He studies Bar-at-Law at BPP University Law School, London, United Kingdom

He is also an author of several articles and research papers. A few have been published in the well-known Law Journal and the editorials of Parliament Times. Some are yet to be published, awaiting reviews from editors. He intends to acquaint the people and the legal fraternity and enhance their skills.
