Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) functions under SPSC Act 2022, SPSC Rules 2022, SPSC Regulations 2022 and Compendium of Duties 2007. According to these Rules and Regulations Question Paper Generation, and Secrecy is main responsibility of Chairman, Member Examination, Controller, Aditional Controller, Deputy Controller and Assistant Controller. So the main respondents are Chairman, Member Examination , Controller and Secretary. Commission has suspended the lower staff as formality and main respondents are conducting Inquiry who themselves are criminals. It is therefore requested to Government of Sindh that Whole Commission should be dissolved along with Controller and Secretary, they should be arrested and Judicial Inquiry should be conducted. It is also requested to Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan to take Suo Moto Notice in this regard.
