🚨 “I ONLY LET SOMEONE USE MY BANK ACCOUNT!”
NOW THERE’S AN ARREST WARRANT?

In Dubai and across the UAE, a bank account linked to suspected drug proceeds can become part of a criminal investigation—even if the account holder never physically handled drugs.

💳 “My friend needed to receive money.”
💸 “I withdrew it and handed it over.”
📲 “They paid me a commission for each transfer.”

These explanations can raise serious questions about who controlled the account, where the money came from, and what the account holder knew.

⚖️ A suspicious transfer does NOT automatically prove guilt. Equally, saying “I didn’t know” does not automatically end an investigation. The evidence matters.

If you discover an arrest warrant connected to such a case:

✅ Have a lawyer verify the case, allegation and issuing authority promptly.
✅ Preserve bank statements, WhatsApp chats, invoices and transfer receipts.
✅ Document who requested each transaction and who ultimately received the money.
✅ Get advice on responding lawfully and whether bail or another application is available.

❌ Do not delete chats, invent explanations or ignore official summons.
❌ Never give anyone your bank login, card or OTP to move money for them.

🔴 An arrest warrant is not a conviction—but it requires prompt legal attention.

🚨 **DUBAI VISA REJECTED? DON’T JUST APPLY AGAIN!**

These days, many people are facing **UAE/Dubai visa rejection** and immediately submit another application.

But what if the problem is **not the visa application itself?** 👀

In some cases, there may be an underlying **security, immigration or legal issue** that needs to be checked first.

⚠️ **Possible issues to investigate include:**

🔴 **Wanted / arrest status**
A person may have an existing criminal matter or arrest-related order registered in the UAE.

🔴 **Old criminal case**
A case from years ago may still appear in the system, even if the person has left the UAE.

🔴 **Travel ban or legal restriction**
A travel restriction and a wanted status are not the same thing — the exact status needs to be identified.

🔴 **Immigration violations**
Previous residency or immigration issues can sometimes affect future applications.

🔴 **Criminal complaints / prosecution matters**
Fraud, forgery, breach of trust, financial crimes, cybercrime and other criminal complaints can create serious consequences depending on the stage of the case and orders issued.

🔴 **Previous deportation / immigration history**
A previous deportation or other immigration restriction can require additional legal review before a new visa application.

🔴 **Financial or cheque-related cases**
Depending on the circumstances and applicable proceedings, previous financial disputes or cheque-related matters may require checking before returning to the UAE.

❗ **IMPORTANT:**

**Visa rejection does NOT automatically mean you are wanted.**

There can be many reasons for a visa rejection.

But if your visa keeps getting rejected — especially after multiple applications — **don’t keep paying for new applications without finding out what the actual issue is.**

📌 **First identify the problem. Then choose the legal solution.**

If you have:

❌ Repeated UAE visa rejection
❌ Previous Dubai/UAE case
❌ Old criminal complaint
❌ Previous deportation
❌ Travel ban
❌ Wanted/arrest status
❌ Immigration issue

⚖️ **The first step is to determine what is actually recorded against you and which authority is responsible.**

📩 **Dubai/UAE legal assistance available for case-status assessment and appropriate legal remedies.**

**Your visa rejection may be only the symptom. Find the reason behind it.**

⚠️ UAE VISA REJECTIONS FOR PAKISTANI AND IRANIAN NATIONALS — WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Many Pakistani and Iranian applicants are currently facing rejection or delay at either the MOHRE work-permit stage or the Immigration security-approval stage. However, a rejection does not automatically mean that the applicant has a permanent ban.

MOHRE and Immigration approvals are separate:

• MOHRE checks the employer’s licence, quota, job title, qualifications, documents and compliance record.
• Immigration checks entry eligibility, identity, previous immigration history and security approval.

Common reasons for rejection include:

✅ Missing or unclear documents
✅ Failure to provide both sides of the national identity card
✅ Passport or identity-detail mismatch
✅ Incorrect job title or insufficient qualification
✅ Employer quota, licence or establishment-card issues
✅ Previous overstay, absconding report, deportation or immigration violation
✅ Criminal or security records
✅ Repeated applications through different sponsors
✅ Unverified employment offers or suspected visa misuse
✅ Enhanced security screening based on current regional circumstances

MOHRE specifically requires Pakistani and Iranian workers to submit a clear copy of both sides of their national identity card with certain work-permit applications.

For Pakistani nationals, UAE authorities have previously maintained that there is no officially declared blanket nationality ban, although applicants have experienced stricter scrutiny and higher rejection rates. Reported concerns have included misuse of visit visas, begging, forged documents and criminal activity by a limited number of individuals—unfortunately affecting genuine applicants as well.

Iranian nationals may face additional immigration and security restrictions because of current regional and geopolitical developments. The position can change quickly depending on the applicant’s visa category, residency status and any applicable exemption.

If your application is rejected:

Ask the employer or typing centre for the exact rejection remark.
Confirm whether the rejection came from MOHRE or Immigration.
Check the employer’s quota, licence and establishment status.
Correct all passport, ID-card, qualification and job-title details.
Check for any previous absconding report, overstay, deportation or immigration ban.
Submit a reconsideration request or fresh application only after resolving the reason for rejection.
For Dubai, follow up through AMER/GDRFA; for other emirates, contact ICP.
Never pay an agent who promises “guaranteed approval”—final approval remains entirely with the competent UAE authorities.

Every case is different. A previous approval, family relationship, property ownership or employment offer does not guarantee a new visa.

🚨 **WANTED STATUS IN UAE DUE TO A DRUG CASE? DON’T IGNORE IT!** 🇦🇪⚖️

You may think the case is old…
You may think you were only “involved” or questioned…
You may even be outside the UAE…

But if a **drug-related complaint or criminal case has resulted in a wanted status**, the matter may still require urgent legal attention. ⚠️

🔴 Police / Prosecution case
🔴 Wanted or circulation status
🔴 Arrest risk
🔴 Travel restrictions depending on the case
🔴 Court proceedings or judgment in some cases

**Drug offences are treated seriously in the UAE.**

Before travelling, making assumptions, or ignoring the matter, verify:

✅ Is there an active police case?
✅ Has it been referred to Public Prosecution?
✅ Is there an arrest/wanted status?
✅ Has a criminal case already been registered?
✅ Is there a judgment or pending hearing?

⚖️ **Being accused does not automatically mean being convicted. The case documents and evidence must be examined before deciding the legal remedy.**

📩 **WANTED DUE TO A DRUG CASE? Seek proper legal advice and check your case status.**

⚖️ **SALOON / BEAUTY TREATMENT WENT WRONG? KNOW YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS IN THE UAE!**

Went to a salon for a haircut, hair dye, keratin, facial, waxing, nails, or another beauty treatment — but something went seriously wrong?

❌ Hair damaged or burned due to chemicals
❌ Wrong treatment or product used
❌ Skin burns, allergy, injury, or infection
❌ Service completely different from what was promised
❌ Poor hygiene or unsafe products
❌ Salon refuses to refund or address the damage

As a consumer, you may have legal remedies where a salon provides a defective or unsafe service or causes damage through negligence.

📌 **What should you do?**

Take clear photos/videos of the damage, keep the invoice and payment proof, save WhatsApp messages and advertisements, obtain a medical report if you suffered an injury, and make a written complaint to the salon.

Depending on the circumstances, you may also approach the relevant **Consumer Protection authority or competent government authority** and seek compensation through the appropriate legal channel where actual damage can be established.

⚠️ **Important:** Don’t throw away receipts, product packaging, medical reports, or conversations with the salon. Evidence can make a major difference.

**A beauty treatment should not become a legal nightmare. Know your rights and protect your evidence.**

**🚨 WANTED After a Road Accident in the UAE? Here's What You Need to Know. 🚨**

Many people are shocked to discover they have a **"Wanted"** status after a traffic accident.

But **does every accident make you wanted?**

**The answer is NO.**

A wanted status may arise if:
✅ A criminal complaint is registered due to serious injuries or death.
✅ You fail to appear before the police, prosecution, or court after being legally required to do so.
✅ You leave the UAE while criminal proceedings are pending.
✅ A warrant is issued by the competent authority.

A **minor accident** or a case handled through insurance **does not automatically** make a person wanted.

If you discover you have a wanted status:
✔️ Don't ignore it.
✔️ Verify the reason through the competent authority.
✔️ Obtain legal advice before travelling or dealing with the case.
✔️ In many situations, early legal action can help resolve the matter before it becomes more complicated.

⚖️ Every case is different. The legal consequences depend on the nature of the accident, the injuries, and the procedural stage of the case.

🚨 **RDC Referred Your Case to the Public Prosecution? Here's What It Means.**

If the **Rental Disputes Center (RDC)** refers a matter to the **Public Prosecution**, it usually means the issue may involve allegations that go beyond a civil tenancy dispute.

A referral **does not mean you have been found guilty.** It means the Public Prosecution will assess whether there is sufficient evidence to investigate or pursue criminal proceedings.

If your RDC matter has been referred:
✅ Do not ignore any police or prosecution summons.
✅ Preserve your tenancy contract, payment receipts, Ejari, emails, and WhatsApp conversations.
✅ Avoid making false statements or submitting altered documents.
✅ Obtain legal advice as early as possible.

Many people assume every tenancy dispute is purely civil. However, where there are allegations such as forged documents, fraud, breach of trust, false information, or other potential criminal conduct, the matter may be referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation.

Every case depends on its own facts and evidence. An RDC referral is **the beginning of a criminal assessment—not the end of the case.**

📩 If you have received an RDC referral to the Public Prosecution in the UAE and want to understand your legal position, seek professional legal advice promptly.

🚨 UAE VISA REJECTIONS INCREASING? Here's What Every Skilled Worker Should Know.

Many professionals are asking why their employment visa or work permit is being delayed or rejected.

One common reason may be academic qualification verification.

✅ Does UAE law make Degree Equivalency (Qualification Recognition) mandatory for every skilled worker?

No.

However, for many MOHRE Skill Levels 1–4, foreign academic qualifications are now being digitally verified through the integration between MOHRE and MOHESR before the work permit is issued.

Before accepting a job offer, make sure:
✔️ Your degree matches the job designation.
✔️ Your qualification can be recognized in the UAE if required.
✔️ Your employer has selected the correct skill level.

Not every rejection is because of degree recognition, but failing to meet the educational requirements for your work permit category can result in delays or refusal.

If your visa has been rejected, don't panic. First identify the exact reason before reapplying.

⚖️ Every case is different, and the solution depends on the actual ground for rejection.
