there must be amendment in cpc to make pace of proceedings of a civil case speedy. i e applications for amendment 1 10 cpc local comission 7 11 etc must be fixed for day to day hearing in order to have speedy justice.

most disputes are resolved through dialogues and sacrifices made by parties against each other. present dispute of an assault made by a judge on an advocate must be resolved now othwrwise hidden forces who want to prove lawyers to be agressor all the time will take benefit. with prolong strikes pprofession will suffer.

step of government allowing non filers to buy 1300 cc car is a good step similarly non filers be allowed to buy property as these hv to pay .6 percent on bank trasanction which is a revenue in itself. economic mobility will increase resulting in circulation of wealth.
